ODC conference 2017 focus on the role of hierarchy in organizations

14 Dec 2016 5:32 PM | Anonymous

The preliminary program for the ODC Conference  August 6, 2017 is now ready. Registration is open – and free for members.

The role of hierarchy is challenged and disputed in modern organization design but still we see hierarchy as the most common form of organizing.

In this conference we will address non-hierarchical modes of organizing and explore the role of hierarchy in today’s organizations.

The program of the 2017 ODC conference in Atlanta is taking form in the capable hands of Marlo Raveendran, UC Riverside and Hila Lifshitz-Assaf, Stern School of Business, NYU.

All academic speakers are now confirmed and you can see the preliminary program  - and register for this exciting event – here
