Certification Program (CODP)The Certified Organization Design Professional (CODP®) is an international recognized certification of experienced Organizational Design Professionals. CODP® signals a standard of excellence that you have met a comprehensive set of requirements – both with respect to training and experience. As a CODP® you are listed in the CODP® directory as well as tagged on Linkedin. CODP® is developed and supported by the Organizational Design Community (ODC), Organization Design Forum (ODF), and the European Organization Design Forum (EODF).
| CODP CertificateCertified Organization Design Professionals have met a comprehensive set of requirements with respect to experience and knowledge within the field of Organization Design. The criteria have been developed by Organization Design Community (ODC), European Organization Design Forum (EODF), and Organization Design Forum (ODF). The criteria requires a significant practical experience and education within areas such as Design Concepts and Principles, Design Types, and Redesign and Change.

Accreditation ProgramThe ODC Course Accreditation establishes that a course or program covers a core set of fundamental common content (knowledge, skills, tools, methods, frameworks, trends, etc.) in organization design. Once endorsed, the course provider can market and advertise it as such. The accreditation program is developed jointly by academics and practitioners from a comprehensive analysis of the organization design literature as well as from field experience. Learn more | AI Certification ProcessThe Certified AI Literacy for Organizations (CAILO) program certifies individuals who demonstrate foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and compliance with the EU AI Act. The certification supports the growing need for AI literacy among professionals who use, manage, or oversee AI systems in the European Union. Based on prior knowledge, the certification is awarded based on a successfully taken test. Learn more |
