      The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the Organizational Design Community (ODC) are pleased to support the “Organizing for Good” campaign to celebrate 10 years since the founding of ODC (ODC@10). The webinar was led by organizational change experts Mads Svendsen and Jens Flanding from the UN,  followed by commentary from Andy Van De Ven, Professor Emeritus in the Carlson School of the University of Minnesota. 

    • Mads Svendsen is a senior change management advisor at the UN.

      Jens Flanding is working for UNHCR and driving the introduction of our new ERP and has published on change management in the past.

        Managing Organizations Change for Good I

      The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the Organizational Design Community (ODC) are pleased to launch the      “Organizing for Good” campaign to celebrate 10 years since the founding of ODC (ODC@10). The first webinar was by Andy     Van De Ven, Professor Emeritus in the Carlson School of the University of Minnesota

      Andy has recently completed co-editing the Oxford Handbook of Organizational Change and Innovation, which is a magisterial      overview of what we know about creating change in organisations. In this webinar they overview what we have learnt about this      topic and how it can help push forward on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
